Assisting adults with mental health, pain, trauma, and neurodiversity-related concerns. A collaborative, client-led, function-focused approach to establish new strategies for wellness and sustainable productivity.
As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, part of the Mindful Rehab® team, I assist adults to navigate mental health, pain, trauma, and neurodiversity-related concerns. I believe that wellbeing isn’t about becoming a different person – it’s about creating a life that feels sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
I have extensive experience in Neurodivergence & Adult ADHD Care, Return to Work, & Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Trauma-Informed Care. I hold an MSc in Occupational Therapy and a BHPE in Physical Literacy & Psychology. My background spans acute rehabilitation, mental health, and chronic pain programming.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, insightful, and action-oriented. I've learned a lot from my own experiences navigating neurodivergence and chronic challenges. I appreciate the importance of compassion while building resilience, adapting environments, and meeting responsibilities.
Holistic mental health is rooted in presence, connection, and capability. As part of Mindful Rehab®, we integrate these core mindfulness principles with a neuro-affirming approach - focused on resilience and sustainable routines that fortify your mental state, prevent burnout, and align with your personal values.
